Activities Philosophy
July 24, 2007
A great activities tradition is not built overnight. It takes the hard work and the dedication of many individuals over many years. As a member of an activity, the participant has certain responsibilities to uphold.
The tradition at Fillmore Central Public Schools has been to compete to the best of our ability so that honor comes to our community, school, and participants. Such a traditions is worthy of the best efforts of all concerned--the community, the staff, the participants, and the student body. We will always compete "to the best of our ability". In doing so, we will always maintain respect for our school, our opponents, and, most of all, ourselves.
