Igloos In TYKE

Students in the TYKE preschool classrooms are excited to show you their latest projects. As part of their studies about Winter, the students planned to build igloos from milk jugs. They found out that they needed 300-400 milk jugs, so they wrote letters to their families explaining their plan.
They kept track of how many were brought to school and began construction when they reached their goal. The igloos make a quiet place to read or to 'camp' near their pond. To complete their Winter scene, students created penguins. Stop by and see the igloos before they melt!
