The school year is rapidly coming to a close, and F.C. second graders have had a great year. One of the highlights of every month has been our visit to Heritage Crossings. Each second grade class has made a monthly trip there for the purpose of reading to the residents. Not only did the students have the opportunity to practice their oral reading, but they also got to know many of the residents. These times together were rewarding experiences for both the students and the residents.
