Two FCHS small ensembles received superior ratings at District Music Contest this year. Both small ensembles should be applauded for their great efforts. Each group had to score points in the categories of tone, balance, blend, pitch, dynamic contrasts, presentation, and overall effect.
Congratulations to both small ensembles and the students in them. Many of the students in these ensembles will be graduating this year and the music department and school will miss their talents and strong leadership next year. FCHS would like to wish all graduating seniors involved in vocal music at District Music Contest the best of luck with their future endeavors.
