On April 9, 2008 Fillmore Central students participated in Hastings Tech Days. The students participated in the CO2 car design and race, and CAD design. Placing in CAD design were 5th Place Tyler Salmon, 4th Place Brett Sheffield, 3rd Place Alex Shaner, 2nd Place Sam Pendleton, and 1st Place Jordan Uldrich.
The Construction Technology Class has been busy this semester learning framing, shingling, and siding. They are building a garage for the school at the bus barn. The students are working hard and learning through this building project.
The Fillmore Central Industrial Technology Program would like to thank a few area businesses who helped out the program through their help and donations this year. Thank you to Schelkopf Engineering, G and T Construction, Century Lumber, and Gambles. Thanks again for all you do to help out the students!
